Reporting a bug

These details help us find the problem quickly:

  • Your phone or tablet model and its iOS or Android version.
  • The game version, shown in Settings.
  • What you did, what you expected and what happened.
  • A screenshot, if you have one.

My island is gone

Your island is saved on your device only. There is no cloud save yet, so it does not move to a new phone, and it is erased if you uninstall the game or clear its data.

We cannot restore a lost island, because we never receive a copy of it. If it disappeared for another reason, tell us what happened.

I got less sand than I expected while I was away

Your workers dig with the game closed only until the storage is full: 4 hours at first. Open Buildings and expand the storage to keep more, up to 24 hours.

I cannot hire or upgrade

Hiring opens after the first island expansion, and each island size has room for a fixed number of workers. When the island is full, expand it to hire again. Shovels and the machine are in Work; the storage and the camp are in Buildings. A tab with a padlock is not open yet: tap it and it tells you when it opens.

Language, sound and vibration

The game follows your phone's language. Change it in Settings > Language. Effects, Music and sea, and Vibration each have a switch in Settings. Settings open with the three-dot button, top right.

Purchases and refunds

The test version has no purchases, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. If purchases arrive, Apple and Google will handle the payments and the refunds, and this page will explain how.

Deleting your data

To start over, use Settings > Reset game: it erases your island, your sand and your crew from the device and keeps your settings. Uninstall the game and everything it saved is erased. Nothing is stored on a server. The privacy policy explains it in full.

If you are testing through TestFlight or a Google Play test, you can also send feedback from there. It reaches the same people.
